1.Work regulations of foreign employees
In accordance with related Chinese laws and regulations,all foreign employee who need to work in China for over 3 months must apply for working permit and working license.
- First, the applicant must obtain working permit at Tianjin Personnel Employment Service.

- Second, the applicant should get working visa from his country's embassy in China.
- Finally, the applicant should return to Tianjin Personnel Employment Service for the official working license.
Required documents for working permit:
- Resume;
- Report for employing foreign people;
- Letter of appointment or the warrant;
- Certificate of personal qualification (including qualification of education background or technology ability);
- Medical Certificate;
- Copy of the company's business license;
- Seal of the company
2.Regulations for forein employees to get residence permit
The applicant should apply for residence permit from TEDA Securities Bureau within 30 days of their entry into Chinese territory. The applicant and his landlord or agent need to register at police stations with the applicant's ID and leasing contract, then go through the formalities with a letter of introduction at Foreign Affairs Section, TEDA Security Bureau.
