1. Letter of confirmation: The following documents are required for the handling of letter of confirmation:

1. Application of the enterprise
   
2. Application for registration and approval of project proposal of the enterprise when it was founded
   
3. Duplicate of business license
   
4. Certificate of approval
   
5. Articles of association (and contracts) of the enterprise
   
6. List of imported equipment (in quintuplicate)

2. The following documents are required if the enterprise applies for the importation of duty-free
equipments that cost no more than the investment amount:

1. Application form (in triplicate)
   
2. Duplicate of business license
   
3. Certificate of approval
   
4. Letter of confirmation (for enterprises registered in 1998 and enterprises with newly-increased investment in 1998)
