By the end of 2009, the remuneration of employees in TEDA increased by 9.7% to 16.928 billion RMB yuan, of which that of the employees in foreign, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan funded enterprises grew by 1.4% to 9.959 billion RMB yuan. In terms of the four components in the calculation of income-based GDP, the remuneration of employees accounted for 25.5%, two percentage points higher than the previous year. TEDA's per capita remuneration of employees increased by 16.8% to 43,200 RMB yuan.

1.Salary of Different Position

In accordance with the salary reference granted by Tianjin municipal government, by considering the situation in TEDA of economy volume enlarging and steady economic benefit improving, we suggest the salary increasing ratio of 2006 in TEDA shall be controlled between 6% and 20% with standard of 12%, in order to promote the salary and benefits for TEDA employee.
