Yat-sen Scientific and Industrial Park
 Layout of the Park Yat-sen Scientific and Industrial Park (Yat-sen Park) is situated in Wuqing District of Tianjin, with a planned area of 10 sq km. It has been initially developed into an industrial area with a focus on such high and new technology industries as electronics, machine manufacturing (auto parts) and packaging. The area where the park is located has comparatively high quality human resources of Tianjin, rich natural resources and a sound foundation for farming and diary industry in particular, which is very helpful to the development of food industry. With the rapid economic development of Beijing and Tianjin, the tertiary industry in the area will be promoted remarkably, further optimizing the production and living environment in the park.
About 4 km away from the Yangcun exit of Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway
Geological condition: the terrain within the park is level with an average spot level of 5.9-6.2 meters (based on Dagu sea-level). The geological condition is good with an average groundwork carrying capacity of 12-16 tons per square meter. There is no seismic fracture zone within the area. Communications: Reliable digital communication and other communication services can be provided for enterprises in the park through optical cable. 10,000 program-controlled telephones are installed. Water supply: Present daily water supply capacity is 30,000-ton clean water and 30,000-ton untreated water. There is a water plant in which 90,000 tons of water can be treated daily. Power supply: One 220KV and one 35KV transformer substations have been set up in the area. The capacity of power supply is 140,000 KVA, and the voltage can be 10KV, 35KV or 110KV. Gas: Natural gas is provided to the park through pipes.
Sewage System: The park has established a pumping station to treat rain water and sewage and adopted split flow sewage system to treat rain water and sewage water separately. Treated water that has reached national Class II standard can be discharged by the enterprises to the sewage system in the park. Heat supply: A heating plant has been built up to provide heat and hot water.The capacity has reach 7,000 sq meter and 30 tons/hour geothermal water for live using. Satellite TV: The satellite TV system in the park can provide programs with more than 30 domestic and foreign (China, Germany, France, South Korea, etc.) channels. Internet: 1000M DDN special line has been put into use. Standard factory building: 20,000 square meters of standard factory buildings have been built for sale or lease and 20,000 square meters of standard factory buildings are under construction. Supporting facilities for daily life: public transportation vehicles traveling between Yat-sen Park and Tianjin proper are in service. The Public Transportation Company of TEDA provides shuttle bus service (50-seat air-conditioned luxury bus). High quality apartment buildings and employee apartment buildings have been built for enterprises to purchase or rent. TEDA International Training Center can provide training service to the enterprises within the park.
