Brief Introduction
Located in the center of the north of TBNA, TEDA Industrial Park (Hangu) is a subzone of Tianjin Economic- Technological Development Area, which is called TEDA for short. With a planned area of 27.68 square kilometers, TEDA Industrial Park (Hangu) will be developed into a base for advanced manufacturing and top R&D application and a zone dedicated to promoting scientific innovation and circular economy. It will focus on the advanced manufacturing and hi-tech industry and in the meantime foster the tertiary industry including scientific R&D, culture, and commerce, and then develop into a comprehensive industrial zone in which different industries complement each other and join hands in moving forward.

Competitive Edges
TEDA Industrial Park (Hangu) is adjacent to the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city and the Coastal Resort for Leisure and Tourism. Therefore, it will be convenient for the manufacturing industry and service sector to support and complement each other.

The Park enjoys close proximity to all forms of transport facilities including Beijing- Tianjin Inter-City Express, Tianjin- Qinhuangdao High-Speed Railway, Tianjin Binhai International Airport, Tianjin Port, and many other highways.

The sufficient land available for use in the Park offers solid guarantee for the sustainable development of investors.

The Park boasts a developed system of infrastructure facilities. The Beijiang Power Plant provides a stable supply of electricity and fresh water.

Transportation
Thanks to a developed sea-land-air system of transportation, TEDA Industrial Park (Hangu) is an important hub to reach the Northeast, Northwest and North Central China and connect China with overseas countries and regions.

Port: Only 20 minutes drive to Tianjin Port, the largest port in the north of China

Airport: It costs 30 minutes to reach Tianjin Binhai International Airport and 90 minutes Beijing Capital International Airport.

Railroad: Beijing-Tianjin Inter- City Express, Tianjin-Qinhuangdao High- Speed Railway, Tianjin- Tangshan High- Speed Railway, and Beijing- Shanhaiguan Railway. It takes only 60 minutes to go to Beijing.

Road: Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway II, Tangshan-Tianjin Expressway, Tianjin-Hangu High- Speed Road, Tanggu-Hangu High-Speed Road, Haibin Avenue, Central Avenue, and Hanbei Road

Rail Transit: Tanggu-Hangu Line and Jinbin Light Rail

TEDA Industrial Park is 140 kilometers away from Beijing, 40 kilometers from Tianjin Binhai International Airport, 50 kilometers from the downtown of Tianjin, 20 kilometers from Tianjin Port and 15 kilometers from TEDA.

Infrastructure
Water Supply:
The current capacity is 20,000 tons per day and planned capacity is expected to rise to 100,000 tons per day.

Power Supply: At present, there are three substations respectively of 35KV, 110KV and 220KV. The Park is planning to construct the second 220 KV substation and two more 110 KV substations.

Heat Supply: The current capacity is 210 tons per hour and the capacity is planned to increase to 350 tons per hour in the future.

Gas Supply: The capacity is now 900,000 cubic meters per day and expected to amount to 2,000,000 cubic meters per day.

Drainage: The drainage system is featured with rainwater and sewage separation. So far there are two rainwater pump stations in the Park and three more pump stations will be constructed. The current capacity is 18 cubic meters per second and expected to climb up to 38 cubic metes per second in the future.

Sewage Disposal: The sewage is discharged into the sewage disposal plant of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city.

Fire-fighting: There is currently a Special Fire-Fighting Station in the Park. According to the planning, there more fire-fighting stations will be built to better serve the needs of the Park.
